Well, we officially fell into the blog trap. With so many things happening in our jobs, lives, and wedding plans, we thought this would be a good way to keep up with you! No guarantees of how frequent the updates will be but I (katie) will do my best!
As many of you know, I have embarked on my journey of teaching. The first month went by fast and we are all getting into the swing of things. I have 24 energetic 2nd graders that keep me very busy!
Smokey has started his 4th month in his new job and is still loving it! What a blessing! He enjoys running around town in his very own company car! Yes, he finally has his own. :)
It is time for bed however, and I will post some pictures of my classroom soon!
In the meantime check out www.adaymadebetter.com. I was blessed with a fantastic surprise yesterday in my classroom. Office Max chose our school to receive a $1,ooo gift to a selected classroom in the building. My classroom was lucky enough to be chosen for this reward! The gifts included a digital camera, an electric pencil sharpener, and everyday school supplies just to name a few.
